NeuroTraq was brought together by our core Science Team.  We are currently seeking another Senior Executive and a very special CEO to provide the business expertise and guidance to help lead NeuroTraq on a path to commercial success.  For the near term these will be a part-time positions for equity in the company. 
Because we are a new technology startup with limited funding, the executive positions will be part-time initially with compensation in the form of equity options or warrants until sufficient funding is available to pay senior staff salaries.

We are seeking interns to provide part-time support for NeuroTraq activities in the business and technology areas.  As funding becomes available, our interns will receive preferential consideration for permanent staff positions.  Interns will be working directly with key NeuroTraq personnel, so this activity should provide them with valuable practical business experience.
OPPORTUNITIES

Advisory Board Positions
NeuroTraq will soon establish a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) comprised of top  technology and medical experts and researchers from around the world.  Several former advisors for the EASE project will be invited to become part of the NeuroTraq SAB.  Advisory Board members will be receive NeuroTraq stock annually for their contributions and support during the year. 
This will be a part time position for equity compensation until funding becomes available. 

A commitment of about 4-8 hours per week may be needed for at least one year for this position

Analysis Software Developer and Project Manager
NeuroTraq is licensing proprietary and experimental data analysis methods to provide near-real time capabilities for the identification, characterization and quantification of multidimensional neurologic data.  We are seeking a dedicated and qualified part time informatics or software specialist to learn this innovative new method, develop the prototypes for use in our research program, and then support development of the technology as a commercial product.  This is an opportunity for someone with a keen interest in medical informatics to make a valuable contribution in the neuroscience informatics area.  Opportunities to publish academic quality research papers associated with this project should abound.
